Pony Connection Session

 

This session is all about calm connection, confidence, and simply enjoying time with our ponies ✨

 

Children will be guided through activities such as:

• Grooming and caring for the ponies
• Making pony feeds and helping prepare treats
• Helping with age-appropriate pony jobs around the farm
• Leading, walking alongside and spending time with the ponies
• Filling water buckets and helping care for their environment
• Sensory and creative activities inspired by our ponies and nature

 

This is a gentle, non-ridden experience where children can slow down, connect with our ponies and enjoy being part of farm life. Through simple pony care activities and meaningful interaction, children are supported to build confidence, responsibility and connection at their own pace.

Maximum group size: 3 children
Session length: 1 hour

 

Sessions are run in small groups of up to 3 children. When booking a space, your child will join a small shared session with up to two other children.

 

We keep our groups intentionally small to ensure every child receives plenty of time with our ponies.

Important Information

 

Age
This experience is suitable for children aged 4 years and over.

 

Supervision 

A parent or guardian must remain on site for the duration of the session.

A seating area is available for adults.

 

Footwear

Closed-toe footwear such as wellies, boots, or trainers must be worn.

Open-toed shoes or sandals are not permitted.

 

Clothing

Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for the weather.

This is a countryside experience… and we do love a bit of mud!

 

Weather

Sessions take place in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the day.

 

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for introductions and a short safety briefing.

 

Behaviour Around Animals

For the safety and wellbeing of our ponies, calm and respectful behaviour is required at all times.

 

Animal Welfare

All activities are designed with the welfare of our ponies as the top priority. If at any point a pony needs a rest, the session may be adapted accordingly.
